Overview

You are a results-driven Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in the insurance and broking sector, specializing in Global Solutions for multinational clients with a strong focus on the Dutch market. You have experience in SOX-controlled environments and in documenting clear, detailed process flows to support control, consistency and efficient hand-offs across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project involvement: Fee contract implementation; Policy implementation
• Requirements: Documenting requirements from the Netherlands (NLD)
• Business support: Gap analysis and design phases; Build phase (including preparing test scenarios with the business)
• Testing: Supporting preparation and execution of end-to-end (E2E) testing of various CRS components
• Process coordination: Coordinating and optimizing processes related to policy processing and broking operations

• Coordination: Global and local policies
• Support: Master and local placements
• Servicing: Multinational clients

Insurance & Broking (Dutch Market)

• Experience with: New business, Renewals, Mid-term changes, Endorsements, Policy issuance
• Support: Broking activities for Dutch commercial portfolios

Process Flows & Documentation

• Deliverables: AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, Swimlane diagrams, Procedure documentation
• Objectives: Standardising operations and supporting onboarding, audits and change initiatives

Policy Processing & Fee Contracts

• Design & optimisation: Policy workflows, Fee and commission structures, Broking slips, Client and broker agreements

SOX & Controls

• Alignment: Designing processes and requirements aligned with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks
• Includes: Approvals, Evidencing, Audit-ready documentation

Business Analysis & Change

• Documentation: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User stories, Functional specifications
• Activities: Gap analyses, UAT support

Stakeholder Management

• Collaboration with: Brokers, Global Solutions teams, Local offices, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance

Summary
